The Direction of MCQ Group indicates to the Partner the Communication and Marketing strategies to reach the business objectives, and to know the market and the relations with Public Institutions
MCQ Group has the following structure:
- Registered office
- Head office, for planning, research and development;
- Several operating branches.
The firm hires people with specific knowledge in the field of consulting and management services to Businesses.
The Direction (Management) has only management and coordination duties, meaning that it's a centre for the management of services, which gives its consultants all the necessary tools for an efficient consulting service.
Consultants, instead, work directly in their territory and according to their specific profession, and concretely offer their services with the support of the commercial network.
All the consultants' activities, both inside and outside the firms (professional training, communication, marketing, etc.) are then coordinated and managed by the firm Direction and are executively entrusted to the most competent consultants in each fields.
